- Establish specific guidelines for departmental needs
- Create written job descriptions
- Schedule interviews, brief/debrief candidates, negotiate pay rates
- Generate all offer letters, contracts, and legal documents
- Conduct comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Schedule training and orientation for all new contractors
- Financial Administration: payroll, hourly increases, renewals, invoicing, expense reimbursements and monitoring purchase order limits. We also conduct periodic reviews with all onsite contractors.
- Provide a monthly tracking report to identify a contractor’s location, hours accumulated and term.

- Supervise all recruiting; vendor management, candidates obtained from external job postings and job fairs
- Coordinate with personnel to streamline paperwork
- Conduct periodic reviews with onsite contractors
- Coordinate contract duration, contract termination and contract adjustments
